Humans love stories, and particularly stories about sex. Dance Naked Productions is proud to present Come Inside: A Sex & Culture Theater Festival, an ENTIRE FESTIVAL of shows that wrestle with sexual themes and erotic explorations. Performers from Australia, the US and Canada will take the stage to share authentic, imaginative, libidinous stories of sexual exploration and adventure! Listen in on phone sex with Phone Whore, sing along with Shirley Gnome in Real Mature (like an “angel dry-humping a cloud), get curious about the gender journey in Ze: Queer As Fuck. With 8 shows to choose from, you might find yourself torn between Bi, Hung, Fit...and Married, or Adventure of a Sexual Tomboy. If you’ve ever tried to talk to a kid about sex, Cruise Control is a hilarious how-not-to. Come out for the hometown heroes - Portland’s own GGG: Dominatrix for Dummies with Eleanor O'Brien, and Dr. Tallulah's Cosmic Fuck. It’s like Dan Savage’s Hump! Festival, only LIVE!
Come Inside will open with a bang at the Star Theater on Wednesday September 28th, with Dixie DeLaTour’s Bawdy Storytelling. Bawdy features real people & rockstars sharing their sexual exploits live onstage. An award-winning series that originated sexy storytelling almost a decade ago in San Francisco, Bawdy has been called “The Moth for pervs” (LA Times). First time in Portland!
The Come Inside line up includes 8 unique shows, for a total of 25 performances. All shows in the festival will perform at The Headwaters Theater between Sept 29th and October 8th. The festival will include play readings from local performers, post-show conversations, and a Smut Slam for courageous contestants. For 10 days Portland will be a sapiosexual haven!

“Ze”: Queer As Fuck
(Michelle/Ryan - Australia)
An autobiographical comedy about sex, gender, and the expanding parade of labels and identities
Bi, Hung, Fit... and Married
(Mark Bentley Cohen - Vancouver, BC)
A risqué, autobiographical one-person show about a couple's journey of self-discovery as they open their ailing 15-year marriage to explore evolving emotional and sexual needs beyond monogamy.
(Cameryn Moore - Montréal)
Truth and taboo collide in this intimate visit with a phone sex operator. Sit back and buckle up.
Adventures of A Sexual Tomboy
(Joyful Raven - Petrolius, CA)
A raucous one-woman comedy about a horny tomboy, equipped with bad boundaries from her hippie upbringing, looking for empowerment in all the wrong places.
(Kelly Nesbitt - Portland, OR)
A personal story of a spiritual awakening, cosmic sexology, and vaginal consciousness. Expereince this journey through time, from the womb, to mid-life revelation. Hilarious, poignant, and totally original.
(James Gangl - Toronto, ON)
Long-time virgin turned sex-fiend, James Gangl becomes the poster child for why we need good sexual education when he struggles to give his awkward teenage nephew the sex talk he never asked for and will never forget.
(Shirley Gnome - Canada)
You may be thinking it - but this shameless songstress sings it loud and proud with "the voice of an angel dry-humping a cloud." Award-winning, taboo, sexually empowering comedy that is NOT for the faint of heart.
GGG: Dominatrix for Dummmies
(Eleanor O’Brien - Portland, OR)
From the agony of junior high dances to the inner sanctum of a professional dungeon, enemas to ecstatic dance, GGG: D4D explores what it means to fall in love with yourself, and how everyone wants to be wanted.
